A charming 2 double bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a typical Creole style building, set in beautiful gardens with a swimming pool and 70 meters from the sea. This apartment is part of Las Gaviotas Residences in Las Terrenas , on Playa Bonita, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and one of the rare sites which has direct access to the sea without any road to cross.
The apartment is composed of a lounge area, a dining area for 6 people, a large fully equipped kitchen with island, a guest WC, a master bedroom with adjoining shower room with WC, a second bedroom with adjoining shower room. Numerous cupboards, wardrobes and storage space everywhere.
The apartment is equipped with plantation shutters lined with anti-mosquito fabrics.
Air conditioning in both bedrooms and ceiling fans in all rooms.
The master bedroom which faces the sea is furnished with a 150cm wide double bed from which you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. It has a very good reading light and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 large single beds 100cm wide which can be pushed together to form a super king size bed. A selection of pillows is available. The sheets are cotton.
